Ranfurly Agriculture is situated 172 kilometres north of Perth, Western Australia and just 10 kilometres south of the town of Moora.
Founded in 1941, Ranfurly Agriculture comprises 4510 hectares (11,140 acres) of prime land used for broad acre cropping and sheep production.
Our customers rely on us to produce high quality grain, wool and meat, and to deliver on service. We not only have an excellent reputation for maintaining high standards, we have a strong commitment to land conservation.
Cropping
Our cropping program is comprised of 3,288 hectares of wheat, barley, canola, lupins and fodder crops in 2018. Our seeding program runs from April to June, and our harvest runs from October through to December.
Sheep Production
We currently stock 4,400 sheep of which 3,100 are merino ewes. Two thirds of the ewes are joined to Merino sires and the remaining one third of the ewes are joined to Poll Dorsett rams. Lambing commences in June and our shearing takes place in March.
